Simulation with forced topical cooling

During an open heart surgery with forced topical cooling the cooling liquid is kept at the same temperature of 0.2oC using the special cooling device. By keeping the constant temperature of the cooling liquid the heart is cooled faster than without forced topical cooling, but some tissues may get damaged. The initial temperatures were the following:
the chest tissue 28.0oC
the heart tissue 11.0oC
blood 11.0oC
the cooling liquid 0.2oC
the surrounding air 20.0oC
