Simulation without forced topical cooling

During an open heart surgery without forced topical cooling the initial temperature of the cooling liquid is 0.2oC, but it is later during the surgery influenced by surrounding tissues. In this case the cooling of the heart is much less effective than with forced topical cooling. The initial temperatures were the following:
the chest tissue 28.0oC
the heart tissue 11.0oC
blood 11.0oC
the cooling liquid 0.2oC
the surrounding air 20.0oC
